We ship our products using the least expensive method available at the time of your order. Any cover that can fit in a package less than 5 feet long, wide or deep will usually ship via UPS. Any product that requires framing or is too large for standard ground shipping will be shipped via Freight Carrier.
When ordering a product that will be shipped via freight, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the freight company will be able to access your delivery location. If you live on a one way street in a large city and you realize that a semi-truck will not be able to deliver to your residence, it is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the shipment at a location accessible by the freight carrier.
Once a shipment leaves our facility, Custom Covers & Canvas cannot guarantee the timely delivery of
any shipment or damages that occur. Custom Covers & Canvas cannot guarantee that a shipment will be delivered on
time as promised by the shipping method used. If your shipment is damaged, please do not sign the shipping papers as being
“received in good order” and make sure you tell the delivery personnel of the damages seen. We will do all we can to assist you if your shipment is damaged. However, if you do not make a note of the damage on the bill of lading, we cannot file a claim for damages.
